Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies – Light, delicious sugar cookies made with sweet rice four, organic brown rice flour, pure tapioca flour, non-hydrogenated organic palm oil, pure cane sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla.
Snickerdoodles – Scrumptious cinnamon sugar cookies made with rice flour, organic brown rice flour, pure tapioca flour, non-hydrogenated organic palm oil, pure cane sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla, cinnamon.
Chocolate Chip Cookies – Wonderful chocolate chip cookies that taste, well like "regular" chocolate chip cookies! Made with pure tapioca flour, sweet rice flour, organic brown rice flour, non-hydrogenated organic palm oil, pure cane sugar, brown sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla, chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate,cocoa butter,milkfat,soy lecithin,vanillin).

Unforeseen high demands may occasionally necessitate an item substitution in a basket. The substitution will always be of equal or greater value. In addition, we reserve the right to suspend the shipping of chocolate when temperatures could cause melting. Typically we substitute other products for chocolate from May-September, but unusually warm weather my necessitate substitutions at other times of the year.
