If you accidentally provide us with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Be sure to include your name and order number.
Due to our rapid turnaround time, it may not be possible to correct all errors. If we are able to fix your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your order has already been shipped and you need to change an address, we may be able to re-route the package with UPS via package intercept. If successful, UPS charges a flat $10 plus additional shipping to intercept a package, and you are responsible for this charge. Please be sure to re-check your order making sure you have provided the correct address including any applicable suite/apartment number and the correct zip code.
If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, we will be happy to help you remedy the situation by re-shipping the basket to the correct address. Please note, however, that we will charge a re-packing fee of $5 in addition to re-charging your original shipping cost. You will also be responsible for any shipping costs incurred by Well Baskets for the return of the original order.
For perishable gift baskets, fresh fruit, and fresh flowers, providing an incorrect address will cause items to become stale, spoiled, or otherwise distressed. We assume NO responsibility for items that are delayed due to address corrections or packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
