ORDERS SHIPPING VIA UPS:If your order is received prior to 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, it will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
We are located in Connecticut, therefore, orders shipping close to our location will arrive sooner. If you need your order immediately and live in Fairfield County, Connecticut, we provide hand delivery. Please call us at 1-800-582-6164 for rates.
All orders shipping via Ground will arrive according to the following map:
In estimating time, please remember that weekends and holidays are NOT delivery days. Start counting days from the day AFTER you place your order. For example, orders placed on WEDNESDAY (prior to 12 p.m.) shipping to Florida will arrive on MONDAY (time-in-transit map shows 3 business days--Thursday (1), Friday (2), Monday (3)).
